I wonder what would happen if many of us started filing similar suits in courthouses all around the company? I wonder if that would have more effect than a class action suit? It could really tie the banks up.

Actually, the case was filed in US District Court Southern District of Ohio

Rudd is from Rhode Island

I read the complaint. We know what the banks do but I'm not sure he can handle this without some serious help.

If he loses won't this be detrimental to now have a precedent for the banks to run with?
