It won't matter...here's a typical example of how courts deal with wingnuts like Mitch:

Wink Shouldn't Public Servants Follow Law?

Judge,

Why is Mr. Mitchell disturbed by insisting that people holding public office be held accountable for following the rules of the office? How is it that these public officials are not made to follow the same or similar laws that they feel free to enforce against members of the public?

What is the proper method that one should follow to make sure that such public servants have proper credentials on file, such as an "Oath of Office"?

P.S. Oh, yeah, I gave Mr. Mitchell some of that postage money by buying some of his materials. Go get em, Paul!

Mitch is another loon who files piles and piles of motions, but then doesn't bother to show up to try to argue them in court (for fear of being sanctioned).

In recent months, he has filed motions "arresting" Justice Rehnquist and much other ridiculous stuff. So, some of you may consider him a "hero" while probably everybody else to the extent they've even heard of him consider him one of the biggest moonbats of all.

So Mr. Smith, why don't you blast us here on site like you do o'er at Quatloos?

You're a moonbat for voting for Skull and Bones Satanists in a rigged presidency with a pre-determined outcome

If you have any thoughts on the matter?
