He or She is obviously running scared do to the ramifications of being an imposter (good movie by the way)., and is deep down exposing the subconcious reality of the inhuman, disrespectfull, lawless, and outright power drunk stupid actions engaged within the soulless embodiments of these black dressed demons of the court(s).

The plain and simple reality is, NONE, that means ZERO, which also means ZIP, and can be associated with NADA, NOTHING, and NOT ONE of these Robes have the PROPER PAPERS to be in FACT REAL!!!

If NOT REAL, how can you Judge Roy, be so ready, willing and able to discount the REALITY of the EVIDENCE!!

BTW, dogs chase more than just cars, and the majority of "drivers" don't "know how to drive" anyway. A "good" driver will MOW DOWN anything that is below "bumper height" than risk causing an accident by "swerving/stopping/slowing/avoiding" any hapless animal who decides to "chase" or wander into the path of rolling steel. Oh, too bad for the owner of the "loose/wandering/chasing/uncontrolled" animal, they can get another one.
