What are Administrative Agencies?

administrative agencies: an overview
Administrative law encompasses laws and legal principles governing the administration and regulation of government agencies (both Federal and state). Such agencies are delegated power by Congress (or in the case of a state agency, the state legislature) to act as agents for the executive. Generally, administrative agencies are created to protect a public interest rather than to vindicate private rights.

As can be seen from the above statement from Cornell, your chances in an administrative court process is almost nill. Those agencies are not established to protect any private right of the American People.

Jerry.

Good post Jerry and welcome back! Long time, no see on the board!
That's why we need to default them wherever possible and then use that default against them in court after admin ruling has been given!
