Don't do it young person...

I am living proof that the judges and the bank's attorneys are in bed together.

The judge is sitting on the bank.

I can tell you that he will NOT rule against the bank.

This is experience talking.

The only way to win against a bank is to shame them. I am still working on that one.

Sue for_________________?

The lending industry has paid out billions in judgments, settlements and arbitration losses over the years. Nowhere near enough, IMHO, and too often they get settlements without having to admit wrongdoing, so those cases are simply part of the cost of doing business for some of them.

What did you have in mind?

It's true what they say about "Judges" not enjoying reading.

The title says "Suing a bank for fraud."

Just posting this for mandatory bean notice.

Although I am not sure what your fraud issue involves, yet, this infomation may help. I am still pursuing this issue, thus, I cannot claim a success at this time,

Regarding myself, I have found that it is worth going to court. For one thing it cost the bank, I say make them pay for their part of the crime. They will think twice the next time. Another reason, why roll over and play dead. Sometime you may lose, yet, sometime you win. Study, prepare, and make up your own mind.

In a suit that, myself and others, did against the city/police department, for instance, the city's attorney admitted that most traffic violations/citations do not have any fines (dollars (FRNs)) in the vehicle code. The attorney went further to state that the police officer engaged in willful misconduct by writing in the fine! We did not pursue the case, yet much was revealed.

PLEASE REMEMER SOMETIMES YOU WIN, THIS IS A WIN FOLKS!

Henry - you lose. Lack of specificity. (Happens all the time when you argue vague theories.)

Next case.
