Another judge who doesn't want the constitution upheld in court.

Since the ruling by that judge the "law" that was supposedly violated by Stanely was repealed.

The original Thornton and Denver ordinance's gun charges, that should have been overturned when Stanley filed the pleadings in Thornton and Adams County, giving notice to the judges that SB-25, signed by Gov. Owens on Mar 18 2003, pre-empted the ordinances Stanley was convicted and sentenced on and ruled those ordinances to be NULL, VOID, UNENFORCEABLE and RETROACTIVE back to the original dates of each ordinance being enacted.

It is my opinion that Rick Stanley will win this one and he will get restitution as well. He cannot be convicted of a law that never was. Talk about corruption!!! Of course those on quatloos will defend this judge to the hilt and they would be wrong to do so.
