What is your brother doing time for? Please provide us with some background so that we can understand how this situation developed.

Was your brother charged with a civil or criminal matter? I guess it was a commercial issue, yet, what codes was your brother charged with violating?

Was there a jury or non-jury trial?

What are the sentencing guidelines you are referring to?

What papers did you send to the judge and prosecutor, what did they say, what did you hope to gain by sending them to the above, i.e., you want a new trial, review the sentence, etc?

In short, help us to help you.

It would appear that you are not serious about getting answers, as you have failed to detail what the issue is, even after being asked to provide more detail.
