I'M NOT SURE THIS IS THE RIGHT FORUM, BUT HERE GOES.


CAN ANYONE TELL ME WHAT&"PRIVATE ADMINISTRATIVE PROCESS" IS?& IS IT A PROCESS THAT CAN BE USED TO RENEGOTIATE AN ALIMONY AMOUNT?

yes you could, you can do ANYTHING with a private administrative process. Thats what they do to us all the time, we just didnt know it. After you do a private process (contract procedure), you then have to bring it into the public by a judicial review.
