Silence is Golden?

I am reading thru the Anti-Govt. Handbook, and I was talking with the Wife this evening about how Jesus responded to Pilate, and How he kept his mouth shut expect for saying "thou hast said it". (paraphrase), thus keeping the liability on the accuser, and not admitting to anything.

In the AGH, it mentions how Common law "members" :

Where the court fails to do so, the members often effectively terminate the proceeding - becoming disruptive, entirely uncooperative, and usually either filibustering or refusing to speak at all.

I am wondering. If we serve an affidavit of fact before the case beging, and then stand mute in court, can they even proceed if we give them no response either verbally or in body language?

Is this a silver bullet?

Filing the correct affidavits should allow you to respond to any attempts to draw you into a converstation like so:

"Would that be a response to my affidavit?"

And to when the judge threatens contempt, the response would be:

"I am sorry, it is not my intent to be conteptous. I only seek a response to my affidavit."

Just my thoughts, that is how I would behave if I filed an affidavit that needed a response before I could continue...

If so, there are no absolutes, and the only logical conclusion is that reality, truth, and right and wrong are determined arbitrarily on a daily basis by those with the most power, guns, and money, and the rest of us can choose to run, fight, or be their slaves.
