Motion for Sanctions - Recommendations?

MOTION FOR SANCTIONS

COMES NOW the Respondent, JOHN DOE, pro se, and files this Motion for Sanctions, and states:

1. On Month xx, xxxx, counsel for the Petitioner, JANE DOE, filed a Motion for a Writ of Bodily Attachment against the Respondent.
2. Said motion states that the Respondent was ordered to pay purges of $XXX.00 by Month xx, 2002; $XXX.00 by Month xx, 2002; $XXX.00 by Month xx, 2002.
3. Said motion also states that Respondent has not paid said purges.
4. Respondent paid the purges as follows:
a. $XXX.00 on Month XX, 2003.
b. $XXXX.00 on Month XX, 2004.
5. The Petitioner, and her counsel, have attempted to commit fraud upon this Court.

WHEREFORE, Respondent, JOHN DOE, prays this Honorable Court issue an Order sanctioning the Petitioner, JANE DOE, thereby:

A. Disallowing Petitioner, JANE DOE< to oppose designated claims by the Respondent, JOHN DOE, and prohibiting her from introducing any and all evidence in this case.
B. Striking all pleadings in toto in this case by Petitioner, JANE DOE.
C. Rendering a Judgment by default against Petitioner, JANE DOE, and thus in favor of the Respondent, JOHN DOE, and granting in full Respondent's Counter Petition.
D. Ordering Petitioner to pay all reasonable expenses and costs incurred by the Petitioner's attempted fraud upon this court.

Background:

my ex's attorney has done nothing to try and do what is best for my child. She has only attempted to have me arrested. She has resorted to fraud and lying.

Any suggestions will be appreciated.

Can anyone tell me if I can offer up a Motion for Sanctions against my ex's attorney as well? Something similar to the above, of course?
