Subpeona and jurisdiction

does anyone know if you can issue a subpeona in a case without giving into jurisdicition (criminal).

The law provides for sovereigns to undertake private prosecution. Gather your evidence and present your case to a grand jury. You cannot issue any subpeonas, but the grand jury is empowered to do so. Furthermore, the grand jury can independently investigate every aspect of the case and those involved without government encroachment.

The judges call such a grand jury a "runaway" jury, lol.

have u got anymore information on how to do this? its funny also how in black dictionary, every later edition tries to hide stuff, just like revised editions of the Bible.

Is it your signature, or the clerk's signature on the subpoena?

If yours is not on there, then you have agreed to nothing.

If it is, Write: "No liability assumed - No value assured"

before you sign it.
