Here is the order I submitted with the Writ

NOW THEREFORE, THE COURT issues this WRIT OF ERROR&CORAM NOBIS, to wit: <o

The court rescinds all rulings entered December 5, 2003.
Further, with the inconsistent and inaccurate testimony of Affiant RON OSBORNE, and Summary Judgment previously granted “administratively” and not “JUDICIALLY”, which denied defendants constitutional right to JUDICIAL due process. <o

Further, Plaintiff failing to inform defendant of his right to due process under the Fair Debt collections act makes the judgment void.& Failure to produce the original note, means there in no note. <o

Further, the court orders that in the interest of justice and fair play to all parties, plaintiff and defendants, that Civil Cause 798516 is dismissed with prejudice if the plaintiff does not file a first amended action on or before June 2, 2004.&&

Did you notice I gave the Debt Collector a chance to come back, but still put in my with prejudice?& He won't do it, or can't I should say, but at least it showed some&consideration to the opposing party and the court.

I felt this was beneficial to my motion, it made the judge correct her mistake, and gave counsel an "opportunity to cure".&

that was well done flecompte (e'en though i'm far from knowing bad from good...)...

mind posting a copy of the writ itself?& i'm having difficulty locating examples of such...i ain't gotta clue how to write one...

i am not nearly ready to use such a device myself yet, but want to add it to my sparse, but growing, arsenal...
