New Forum..challange Court!!! Read This

A new forum will soon be added named CHALLANGE COURT. there is a great deal of information here on this board and talkin bout its one thing but really doing it is another. here is a way we can sharpin each other up and have great fun at the same time, the newbies will love CHALLANGE COURT as they will learn what court papers really look like and how to be themselves in open court what to do when a judge yells at you or threatens you. you old heads will love it as here you can test that new idea you have without having to pay and by all of us asking questions you will think of new things you may have not thought of before.

how it works

in all areas your call sign is now your name ex:Ice is now his name ICE, ICE was hasnt made a payment on the CC's in over a year someone will sue ICE for the CC company and ICE will respond and its own an crackin...this issue will be heard (so to speak) in banking div 202.

players there is the judge the judge will sit for 2 weeks. one judge for each division. there are 3 different divisions of challange, they are

PA the PA will be picked by the judge and changed on challange by challange basis' this way we all get to have a turn.

traffic 101

anyone can play the role of cop but you must issue a "ticket" of a jurisdiction that you and the person agree to ie: one of you live in iowa and the other lives in kansas the both of you have to agree to use only one states rules and make sure the judge has a link to check the rules and the case will be set for challange.

banking 202
child support issues 303


i will try to mod the challange forurm, all rules are as follows:

all judges will play that role for 2wks: reason, to really get the feel for whats going on in a real judges head to figga out how they move and be able to counter that move in the future.

DA/PA will be changed with the case as in real life (i dont know bout yours but the ones here act REALLY crappy. like they look down on or at you. and yes you get an Asst DA/PA. PA chose

cops: anyone can b e a cop and no u dont get a gun or badge either.

clerks we wont need no clerk.

now how this can go is the cop/BANK/CHILD SUPPORT WORKER will send the victem a ticket = post a note is the scanned ticket its a real ticket from where ever they are to him that he/she has a ticket for so an so for court. AFTER one has successfuly been through traffic court (for newbies mostly)can he or she advance to a higher court having learned the ropes so to speak in T/c. state workers are to find the tickets for the state the victim is in ex: i live in maine, it must be a ticket from main, no other state unless the vic was traveling out of state at the time of the stop. or the parties agree to it.

each div is a different area in the challenge forum, and while all can read none but the players can post (sorry hb, voice chat would go to fast and some ppl may not get enough to learn sides, not everyone has a sound card yet...)areas like banking/traffic/child supp/other listed by DIVISON.

traffic of course is DIV 101

for DFS actions they will be held in DIV 202 of THE COURT OF THE FORUM OF SUI JURIS(lol not you Sj)hahahaha all actions will be brought in a timely mannor and blah blah blah

banking actions will be held in DIV 303 of THE THE COURT OF THE FORUM OF SUI JURIS

WINNERS could get some kinda icon or something.

cops: those playin the role of cop must make sure the person has (a play)dl, address and all other info needed will will use call signes for names EX: Sui Juris is now his name SUI JURIS at 1313 mocking bird lane etc

all players MUST do their own paperwork no CHEATING NO using any service work like ticket slayer and the like. players can work together if they like. fines can range from gettin dogged to being banned from the board for a weekend

pre trial conference:

all players will attend a pre trial conference to make sure they have the time to play that week. all players must respond DAILY anytime is fine but daily. RULES OF COURT of your state will be used as will statutes so find them and give the link to all playin in that trial. IT IS UP TO THE PLAYERS TO MAKE SURE THE JUDGES AND DA/PA'S HAVE THE RULES FOR THEIR STATE!!! NO EXCEPTION!!!

pre trial motions:

all motions must be of the quailty that you coud print them out and take them to a real court, and expect to win.

all players will submit pretrial motions for everything they can think of about the matter (so stay on POINT!!!) HORSE**** of any kind will be treated as if by a real judge and santions will be applied!! motions will be read mon/tue, with trial on wed night thurs/fri with court on sat. questions from the gallary will be posted in the room marked QUESTIONS about case ??? then motions on friday and sat with court on sunday night so make sure you attend your court date there is no denovo the ruling of the court can only be overturned by one of the mods and myself in agreement. or if i am the judge by two mods. YOU ONLY GIT ONE SHOT TO GET IT RIGHT...MAKE IT COUNT!!!

now understand when you come in here leave your FEELINS AT HOME!!! this has to be as real as we can make it. aint no im offended or insulted get over it win and gloat ya ass off!!!! remember this is FUN!!! i know there is alot missin but thats where everybody else comes in...

this is a ruff draft of it but i think it will work, with changes along the way of course. this is just for us, as scottinalaska told me iron sharpens iron, lets git ta sharpenin then...any other ideas to make this better smoother let me know.

The only problem with this that I see is that PA statutes, codes and other legislative and executive writings are barely online. there are partial P.S/PA.C.S. "statute" listings on an aol.com site but it's not well-maintained nor complete.

no problem we can use a ticket from there thats all i need to see, if we cant find anything at all we can go with the sister states clause. i will look for info on pa stats. now...thanks for your interest

np, IMNSHO pennsylvania, while being birthed by a noble, honorable man of God, William, it has since "left its first love" for and has since joined itself with Merucrius. PENNSYLVANIA (or PA if you're feelin particularly and federally incorporated) is not the haven that it once was.
