gatorguy, they don't need judicial authority. Your license is a state granted privilege, for which you applied for. The state, through any of it's agencies can take away your privileges if you violate or fail to comply with any of it's rules or regulations. As you probably know by now, most states have tied their child support statutes in with department of revenue, law enforcement, and other state agencies (through information sharing) in order to form a more efficient revenue making machine. The judiciary has nothing to say about it.
