How can a document that is not law become law, based on ratification process stated in the same document that is not yet law, in contradiction to the ratification requirements of the law that is, in fact, in effect?
The passage of the Constitution was based on a passage procedure dictated by the proposed constitution, rather than on the procedure required by the Articles of Confederation.
Or did I miss something as to what the Articles of Confederation were?
