Some are, some are not. Some are just things that someone believes are their "rights." Others are open to further interpetation. Some have allegedly been infringed on by law, i.e., the wages on income tax. Then there are the debate topics surrounding definitions of "an informed jury," "Superior Sovereignty," and "fair" legal process. And sorry, there is no "right" to having a monetary system backed by precious metal.

rights

your rights are whatever you say they are as long as you dont infringe on others rights. why make this soo simple. if i dont wanna use frns OR gold or silver, thats my perogative. the government rules BY FORCE. not whats right or wrong. end of story.

This is a major point of misconception on the part of the people of this Great Nation of Sovereign States bound by the Constitution of the United States of America.

1. The Constitution is a contract between the Central Government and the people who gave the Central Government (as well there respective state governments) a box inwhich they can do business.

2. For anyone who is elected or appointed to any public office is required to undergo the swearing or affirmation ie.. an oath to uphold and defend the Constitution and what it says.

3. With that said, How can the Constitution afford you personally any rights? If you are not bound by and active oath as you are not actively setting in a seat of public office or within the military of the United States of America. (Military oath is for the length of your enlistment in my opinion)

4. It you are not under an active oath or you did not sign the document you are not a party to it. (Contract Law), only those mentioned before are.

5. What that means to you and me is this,

6. The Constitution is restriction placed upon the government to keep it in line.

7. It provides in recognition of GOD given rights, defined areas the government CAN NOT INTERFEAR IN ie..Bill of Rights.

8. This equates to me and you as freedom from interference in our personal lives and property.

Now in my opinion this equates under the Miranda Act as an example, “YOU HAVE THE RIGH TO KEEP SLIGNET AND ANYTHING YOU SAY WILL BE USED AGAINST YOU IN A COURT OF LAW, DO YOU UNDERSTAND YOUR RIGHTS AS I HAVE READ THEM?”

What this means to me is; THEY DO NOT HAVE THE RIGHT TO ASK THAT QUESTION OR ANY OTHER, because by asking any question is A VIOLATION OF THERE OATH.

One more the 2nd Amendment Does not give me or you any right to keep and bear arms, what it does do is to grant us the knowledge they can not tell us we can not keep and bear arms, without violating there oath of office.

Look up the penalties for violation of oath, violation of oath by 2 or more where there actions cause damage to a citizen.

Some points to ponder.

Glenn

With all due respect, I have not seen nor been presented with any evidence that a "Constitution of the United States of America" exists, and I believe there is none.

Possibly ought to be looking at the Articles of Confederation. Ever wonder how a document that is perpetual and requires the unanimous consent of all 13 states to modify can be over-ridden by a document that only requires the consent of 9 of the 13?
