A jury of your ____?
If we are sovereign American Nationals and not US citizens, should we not be afforded a jury of American Nationals when faced with a trial by jury? How could we go about demanding this right?
Of course that is in the event that our issues on jurisdiction are ignored and the court proceeds.

If so, there are no absolutes, and the only logical conclusion is that reality, truth, and right and wrong are determined arbitrarily on a daily basis by those with the most power, guns, and money, and the rest of us can choose to run, fight, or be their slaves.

Re:A jury of your ____?
Black's sixth,
Peers. In feudal law, the vassals of a lord who sat in his court as judges of their co-vassals, and were called "peers", as being each others equals, or of the same condition.& The nobility of Great Britain, being the lords temporal having seats in parliament, and including dukes, marquises, earls, viscounts, and barons.
Equals; those who are a man's equals in rank and station; thus "trial by a jury of his peers" means trial by jury of citizens. For Judgment of his peers, see Judgment
It is interesting to me that the word being defined is used within the definition. In puBlix sKool I was told that that was not allowed. Go figure??

Re:A jury of your ____?
Never thought of that FNM, that is odd. Thank you for the def!
What I'm wondering at this point, along the lines of the above question, is this: is being a fellow us citizen enough to constitute rank&AND station? And where does someone who is considered mentally incompetent due to disability fall? I suppose when that person is represented by an attorney, the attorney is considered competent. However, what if the attorney is not? We all know that an attorney's first duty is to the court. How can one whose first duty is to the court truly defend someone when the court stands to make money off of a guilty verdict? Does rank or station include things such as the sex of the individual, or the age? or the job? belief system? and how can a legal fiction even have a rank or station?
I have been railroaded in the courts many times and am searching for a way to invalidate the judgment in a particular case (more than one actually). So thank you to everyone who posts on this and similar forums! It's a great learning tool!
Peace,

Re:A jury of your ____?
I recommend that you study Richard Cornforth's material on 'void judgments', it teaches how to go about invalidating judgments, as you put it.
Search for 'Richard Cornforth' on this site; his book is available in the download section.
