I OWE FOR A PARKING TICKET I NEVER GOT!

I've changed my mind about going to the Sheriff's Dept. The reason? Because "AC TRANSIT" is the heading on PARKING ENFORCEMENT'S invoice. This invoice says to make the check payable to AC TRANSIT.

So... I'm going to tell "AC TRANSIT" to get the records--- from the Sheriff's Dept.

I don't know where that will take me, but... it appears to me that they are trying to "pass the buck...

I OWE FOR A PARKING TICKET I NEVER GOT!

Here we go again....

Go to court and argue the cause ... yada yada yada

reason, reason, reason. It's not my fault. I had other problems..... yada yada yada.

My wife had a headache, my dog had a hangnail, my mommy was upset. I got a ticket, now I'm gonna complain.....sheesh....

You know what? I got arrested once for being in the presence (I was sitting at the same table) as a "suspected" person named in a warrant. Which was a falsehood. Yet, there I was. Arrested.

Here you are. Complaining about being in "possesion" of a state idenification "that they suspect or could be a forgery" and you have NO way of proving otherwise. If you want a foolproof ID go to a notary public / or your liar of choice / member of the bar, and have a affidaviat sworn as to your identity (with picture). Then when you are confronted with the copsters present your identity, which is a sworn affifdavit. They can accept, or face prosectution for false arrest. Their choice.

My opinion.

I am going to prepare my complaint for Injunctive Relief over the weekend, but they have probably already discussed this with their P.O. Box! They will ignore the summons too![/color]

Remember this one:

"Whatever the form in which the Government functions, anyone entering into an arrangement with the Government takes the risk of having accurately ascertained that he who purports to act for the Government stays within the bounds of his authority ... and this is so even though as here, the agent himself may have been unaware of the limitations upon his authority." [Federal Crop Ins. Corp. v. Merrill]

Now, let me ask you this question:

Have they demonstrated Jurisdiction ?

Look, I don't know if I'm seeing this clearly, but a bit of history about who they work for doesn't sound like an answer to any question regarding "Jurisdiction".

See where I'm going with that ?

Ice, thanks! I do see where you are going with this. I agree, they have no jurisdiction, but, like the City of Oakland Parking Citation Assistance Center, they will send that ticket to the DMV, and my car will be their proof they have jurisdiction over me!!

Do you have any suggestions for the DMV??? Thanks a bunch... much appreciated.
