Perhaps a viable solution to begin to remove corruption and disregard for the law in the courts....read on..

I think that taking the fight to the county level is a
simple yet effective strategy. As you suggested last
week, once one county co-ordinator proceeds with a
well-presented complaint, and a grand jury sinks their
teeth into the case, I reckon this action would
produce a domino effect around the country. I firmly
believe that there are tens of thousands of
well-intentioned patriots out there that would love to
grab hold of this approach and follow it through.

The federal courts are riddled with crooks anyhow.
What's the use in trying to get justice at that level? </FONT></TD></TR></TBODY></TABLE><FONT face=Geneva,Verdana,Sans-Serif size=-2>
Well, they've certainly had their fair chance to rule
correctly, but they have consistently obstructed
perfectly proper legal motions and briefs, time after
time after time. Just look at the sheer number of
federal and State laws that were violated here:

This is obstruction of justice, and that is a
RICO predicate act which we can prosecute as
far back as 10 years ago:

(see definition of "pattern")

(see Hoxworth case, in particular)

Plus, all the years of blood, sweat and tears you have
invested in this cause could easily be put into
evidence at the county level. Correct? </FONT></TD></TR></TBODY></TABLE><FONT face=Geneva,Verdana,Sans-Serif size=-2>
Yes: that is an essential element of our plans, i.e.
to file certified documents under auspices of my
status as a Private Attorney General and qualified
Federal Witness, including of course the pleadings
which have now been obstructed by federal "robes"
and other impostors, e.g.:

Thanks for the moral support. The spark was lit
this week, and I can already see a brush fire forming!

Semper fidelis!

Sincerely yours,
/s/ Paul Andrew Mitchell
