MINUTE ENTRY & ORDER......... SOME FEEDBACK PLEASE

Some posts from anyone with knowledge or experience please.

There was entered a MINUTE ENTRY & ORDER by a judge for confirmation of arbitration award. The Plaintiff has been in default for months on a CAFV. They proceeded to get the above mentioned entry & the judge signed it with this at the end :" It is further ordered that counsel for the Plaintiff is to prepare the Order & submit it fo the court of r review."

it is my understnading that jurisdiction can be challenged at any time. Does any one have a format or some verbage to be used at this late time. I'm assuming the 72 hr rule applies here even though the letter from the court came reular 1st class mail. Please respond ASAP , Thank you. Will
