Re:Petition to Expunge Record

ooak,

I meant her acceptance as far as a return receipt with her or her agent's signature on the return receipt.

Just bringing in an unpaid invoice and a AOD maybe useless unless you have proof that she knows about it.& Hence the return receipt with her signature.

Re:Petition to Expunge Record

Jersee... yes, I do have the signed PS Form 3811 for the NBWC and the Invoice, as well as an Aff.of Mailing for the Invoice.

Ice... you stated: "You might consider filing Judicial Notice pertaining to certain points of the Law that uphold the contract and its freedom from interference"

do you have an example of Judicial Notice for a similar situation I can modify for use?

Thanks again for all your help. The hearing is next Wed. so I am trying to get documents done this weekend to file with court on Mon. Of course, I will update forum on outcome.

I have an affidavit, in my e-mailbox, that seems to be a smash hit around here lately... interested?

Wargames, if it is not already in our download section, you can add it by clicking 'upload file' on the left...

Re:Petition to Expunge Record

wargames102,

got it and after reading the short version you sent, I just stored it away for possible future use... what you sent me is WAY over my head... I would not feel comfortable modifying it or using it afterwards for this situation... seems one must be able to defend and explain any document put forward and I don't think I could do either with the document you sent me... I filed my own simple, to the point Affidavit of Fact yesterday... we'll see what happens on Wed...

thanks for the continued help from all
