Nguyen Tuong Van - Who will benefit?
Riddle me this...
By now you all should be aware of the Nguyen Tuon Van case, and that he will hang tomorrow in Singapore.
Come on people, can any of you work out what's going on here?
A flesh and blood person has entered into a controversy and dishonoured a commercial agreement, accepting a STRAWMAN account and becoming personally liable (waiving his private international remedy).
He will now be subject to "Capital Punishment".
Can anyone tell me who's Capital it was, and who is now the creditor?
Who is being Punished?
If he is an Australian citizen, is Singapore punishing Australia for not having an Honourable citizen?
Will it now collect the credit (capital) from his STRAWMAN account?
How much is that worth to them?
How does the Singapore government know that I personally don't own the rights, title and interest in NGUYEN TUONG VAN?
Someone please send the Australian and Singapore governments a fax or two about this (from a Mailboxes Etc or somewhere) and ask them both for proof that they have the rights to that account (capital).
I suspect it's way too late. That account is closed.
