Annotated Federal Rules of Civil Proceedure (FRCP)

Members,

Just wanted to announce that the annotated FRCP is now available online at the link below:

http://www.suijuris.net/main/suijuri....php?page=FRCP

I wouldn't visit court without it!

Regards,
Sui Juris

Holy Crap. I was just going to ask where to find info on what to do in court, I've never really been...only once 4 years ago with a Lawyer. Is there any starter material that will make some of the stuff at that link make even a little bit of sense, or get me started?

It might help if you know how the court works within its own system. You can get a real good idea of what is going on in court if you read the 31 page report found at http://usa-the-republic.com/items%20...%20Exposed.pdf

It should answer some of the questions people have about what happened to them in court.
