No Record of Citibank Case!!
I just logged on to the county court website and checked to see the status fo my wife's case. Citibank sued her by means of Patrick A. Carey and we filed a 14 page answer entitled Notice of Jurisdictional Challenge, Answer to to Complaint as Presented by Affidavit of (my wife) and Motion to Dismiss with Prejudice for Lack of Subject Matter Jurisdictional and for Violations of the Fair Debt Collections Practices Act.
I filed a copy of the judge's oath of office with the answer and two days later I filed a production of documents!!
There is no record of the case any longer!!! I have to call tomorrow to make sure but I think this is another victory chalked up!!

You're on a real tear here lately!!! Hope you decide to make a sanitized copy of those docs available in the download section. Congratulations! I'm also thinking that filing a bond based on our private exemption outta make things interesting as well. Puts you in the driver seat I think.

You appear to be getting it now! But even with success there is a high price to pay. Keep vigilent and watch your sides as well as your back once you become a pain in the ass down at the courthouse.

It shouldn't be long before you get your own runner.
When I go into the courthouse, one of the girls will get up, and go tell everyone I am there.
