motion to vacated the foreclosure judgment as obtained by fraud

I was informed by Mr.Cornfort to prepare this docuement according to the followingrepare a motion to vacated the foreclosure judgment as obtained by fraud - no accounting, no note = no evidence = taking property under false pretence, color of law = extortion Be prepared to file an appeal.

Does anyone know where to find an example of this doc? I checked Cornforth's workbook but I couldn't find it, unless it's named something else.

Like Jessie Jackson says "keep hope alive." I'm doing just that because of the info, docs and contacts that I'm getting from you great individuals.

Thanks

The workbook under downloads, Labled Richard Cornforth Workbook 2002. I don't believe a copy of that motion is in there.

Did you check in "Secrets of the Legal Industry"?

That's actually the same book. The workbook 2002 is actually called the "Secrets of the Legal Industry" and it doesn't have an example of the motion to vacate in it.

Re:motion to vacated the foreclosure judgment as obtained by fraud

I'm still hanging in and fighting but I don't know what my next move is as of yet. Here's where I am thus far:

After my loss at the Dispossessory Hearing Case when the judge signed the order/judgement for Writ Possession for the mortgage company I filed a Motion To Vacate Foreclosure Judgement/Order and a Writ of Certiorari both in Superior Court. The Writ is to petition the Superior Court to look at the state civil court (dispossessory warrant hearing) case and it's judgement. Which should force the issue of the court to consider the evidence that I submitted and force the mortgage company to submit evidence of the alleged debt. Now I did all this before getting Cornforth's materials and I attempted to make the best possible changes before I filed my docs in court. So I don't know how substantial my docs were but they were filed. Of course the lawyers for the mortgage company on 5/27 filed a "First Amendment To Answer and Defenses Defendant's Answer and Defenses To Plaintiff's Writ of Certiorari", "Defendant's Response In Opposition To Plaintiff's Motion To Vacate Foreclosure Judgment/Order" and "Defendant's Motion To Dismiss Writ Of Certiorari". They have all kind of case precedants in their filings and I can't make heads or tails of it.

So I guess I'm just sitting, waiting to see if the judge will now schedule a hearing on my motions or dismiss them. Any advise?

Still fighting
