Foreign Agents Registration

Akira has posted on this topic also in more detail, im not sure if his case has happened yet but it would be good to read his post also.

Foreign Agents Registration Act of 1938, as amended and how i have used it.

remember the U.S is a foreign corp to the states

"There is in our political system [two governments], a government of the Several [50] States, and a government of the United States. Each is distinct from the other and has citizens of its own. A person may be a citizen of the United States and of a State, and as such have different rights." U.S. v. Cruikshank, 92 U.S. 542, 23 L.Ed. 588.

Volume 20: Corpus Juris Sec. § 1785: "The United States government is a foreign corporation with respect to a state". NY Re: Merrian, 36 N.E. 505 1441 S.CT. 1973, 41 L.Ed. 287.

with that being established, each corporate state is only a sub corp of the parent corporation,

cite ??? im lookin im lookin...
The United States is defined as "A Federal Corporation" in the United States Code, Title 28 - Judiciary and Judicial Procedure, Subchapter A - Definitions and general provisions, § 3002 - Definitions, at number 15 (a).

"The United States Government as such is fictitious and thus includes the States Government." Blacks Com. 133, Bouvier`s law dictionary, page 1215 (1914).

(the last two cites came from the SJ citizenship board. and as such have not been used or checked by me but only used to make a point. i cannot vouch for them.)

as such each P/A JUDGE COP maybe even a debt collector, ETC must be aware of the statute as ignorance of the law is no excuse. see U.S. Supreme Court RABINOWITZ v. KENNEDY, 376 U.S. 605 (1964)

so if you are a state national, you need to ask them for their papers...and they would need to exhibit the paperwork right? as a jurisdictional conflict exists right?(which means you go in under speical appearnce) and as to the frn's being used that juris is found in the USDC not a muni court.

more later if idontknow an scott quit playin around an give me my fish!!!lol
