Bonding out with FRNS

I have read on the forum that bonding out with FRNs bonds the case for the state and you become surity. Can someone please explain this to me as I am not entirely sure what this means.

If a third party bonds someone out, does the person bonded still become surity?

Thanks in advance

Bonding out with FRNS

summer,

This is not meant to be a smart comment but do you know what the word "surety" means?

I ask this question because the definition may answer your question.
