What more proof is necessary that the court system is corrupt than a guilty ruling in abstentia after taking an issue under advisement? The defendant has no way of rebutting any additional evidence brought forth, yet the purpose for the "Taken Under Advisement" is because there was overwhelming evidence that the supposed "crime" never occurred.
In short, my wife was issued a speeding ticket for "driving" 64MPH in a 45MPH zone. The speed limit, according to a DOT speed survey, changes from 55MPH to 45MPH 870 feet east of one particular road. The officer's testimony placed my wife more than 870 feet of that road, yet she is found guilty by mail with no reason given?!? In my book that is called corruption!
