don't know if this is a proper place to bring this up b/c it deals w/ corporations and not the sovereign issues but tought i'd try here seeing as y'alls so knowledgeable
also,Don't know how much info I need to give here to get an accurate response... but here's a little bit
My company was subb'd out to do work for snother sub. After doing work for sub for 10 mos sub stopped paying for contracted work my company completed. sub comes back and says work was not completed acc'd to contract. we have history of him paying us for the same type of work for 10 mos. he wanted us to go fix all outstanding work, then he'd pay us. we inspected OUR subs' work, & inspection showed work was completed properly w/ exception of one small thing, common w/ almost ever job completed - but not all. we made an offer to deduct X amt off each job completed to make up for the issue. Offer was not honored and rejected. Talked to attorney today - he says go to concilliation court and let judge decide.
where do I start to find court cases that support our claim that we should be paid? any motions to file i should know about? any certain anfle that i should take it from that would be most effective?
TIA
