for those of us that do not know, the war powers act is the same as the BANKING RELIEF ACT. every president since the traitorous FDR has had some kind of war to justify the continued martial law and DENIAL of COMMON law protection of the people, now, they can only expend this war for three years pending no further actions that justified the war, SOOOO, it's been allmost three years now and no terrorist activity has happened, SOOOO, what does that mean ?? they have to come up with some kind of war or restore the republic, what do you think they will do ?? I think we all know the answer to that question. GET READY FOR ANOTHER WAR !!!!!

Your local district court judge SHOULD have one on file with the SOS.



Befire we go to court, we should ALWAYS try to get a certified copy of the Foreign Agent Registration form, ALONG WITH a copy of their Constitutional Oath of Office and License to Practice Law, whether they are available or not....

from what I heard thru all this stuff, is that you dont ask for a license to practice law, you ask for a letter of license. it might have been rice or ken evans or it might have been hardin. but anyway, your right.

I'm with you. I have been in this since 1992 and I am amazed at the number of Christians that say they are for truth, but would not know it if it hit them in the face. When confronted with what is taking place in these united states of America most are deaf dumb and blind and could care less. It is a sad state when you rely on others to do what you should be doing yourself, searching to see if what you hear is the truth. Too many have FEAR and it paralzes them.

here is something not related to the topic, but to the discussion at hand.

Two months ago I dropped off in my fathers mailbox the strategic withdrawel book, as I was doing so the pagan, heathen, dirty little b#$ch next door saw me doing this. I went to visit my father sunday and asked him if he had read the book, he looked at me and said what book ?

I gave him a description of the book and told him what was covered inside, he gave me a pissed off look, and said thats why the suveyer was next door, we looked out the window and sure enough there were stakes marking out the lot ( which by the way we found a little interesting ) because two years pryor he had a fued going on with them about his fence being on their side of the property line, they had it surveyed then to make sure it wasnt on their side. NOW in the book it tells you how to properly get your assets secured first before claiming sovereignty, one of which is to get an alliodial title to your property. It does'nt take an astronaut to see whats going on ! that B@#CH came over and stole the book out of his mailbox after I left. You and I both know she will never admit it (federal offense ) and we have no witnesses to prove she did, my only hope is that the creator will deal with her and I will be there to see her punishment, she stoled to FIND freedom from which thats binds her, which would have been given to her for FREE if she would have ASKED !
