Should I Charge Back or Charge Forward?
Open question to all the forum members: Back in Decemeber I purchased the Erwin Rommel School of Banking dvd and Workbook set from Law Research Group. The amount was captured by them from my credit card. After no response for several days went by I emailed them, and they went ahead and started shipping my order. Heres the problem; I did order/purchase the additional workbook to acompany the dvd set. The dvd set was $99.95 and the workbook was $49.95 for a total of $149.90 plus $6.94 shipping for a total of $156.84 My problem... Despite repeated emails, faxes, calls, to a Sean Mathieson I still have not recieved my workbook!!!!! All of these communications have been ignored except for one where Sean stated he would get me a shipping tracking number(he never did) Should I charge back or go to small claims court? I would really like to get the the book and do not understand why it was not shipped to me since I paid for it. I have purchased many other items from this company and never have had a problem before. Any help would be great!
