Lightbulb

So if this were the Aesop's Fable of the fox & the grapes, would the grapes have been a court w/ Article III power for ole Leroy?
Should he have gotten a change of venue on the emergency fax line that day?

Insert coin

Hummmmm?

He could have had a shot at the change of venue if He would have petitioned, and then the Chief Judge would have atleast provided a review for assignment of Article III.

Personal Exemptions are limitless...!

Today:

I would have never made it this far without the knowledge/mention about the CIT from Leroy's material (hearing transcripts) that I studied some years ago, and the very fact that... The United States is a foreign corporation!

And... I obtained and read the Rule Book, as previously mentioned several times.

I didn't intend to utilize the emergency fax line as my entry port to the CIT, it just happened that way due to circumstances. But, hey I got my foot in the door for the water test.

Until now, my opponent never wanted to settle on the way' to court. All of a sudden settlement will be on the menu this Monday morning.

I'll be there standing tall and looking good just the way I always should.

Movie & Docs

Hi All,

Find the movie and some of Leroy's docs here !

Weis,

I have a copy of Habstep.doc (the 15 step process for filing Habeas Corpus in a county seat, Art. III, supreme court, mentioned near the end of the first hour) if you need it...

wargames102

please PM me...

David Merril,

I understand you were in the room when this video was made... would you care to share any insight into process, sources, ect. gained in the 9 years since?

Speaking only for myself, I am interested in application, as well as theory...

Like many here, I understand the necessity of not throwing one's pearls before pigs....

Perhaps we could do something a bit more private? There are many here, of good character, who are anxious to learn...

What say you?

For HIS Glory,
Akira
