cheated twice resulting in an illegal raid based on a warrant based on an affidavit containing a lie! The issue of the legalities of summary disbarment without a hearing was completely neglected in issuing the warrant.
The state bar cannot regulate practice in the federal courts even thought the federal courts WANT the state to have that power!
