Equity Line = Loan on Credit

Now I ain't arguing this to the bank, but I need to understand it for myself. The word "advance" and "advances" are key words in our Equity Line Deed of Trust. (I am not even sure that there is a note)

They have called it an "equity line of credit" on the face of the document. Now either they are loaning on my credit (I know that they are, which is fraudulent) or they are loaning on their credit (Which is illegal)



I looked up "advance" in Blacke, and Hmmmmm.

I think the key word you are looking for is "credit". One cannot what one does not have.
