A document re: Court Bonds

Hi All,

This is the first post for me here on this wonderful forum. Thanks to all for making this site a wonderful environment where we can all come together and gain a better understanding of a puzzle referred by most as our judicial system.

I'm going to post a word .doc that I came across. It is in reference to a supposed criminal court case that occurred here in Canada.

What is the reality of something like this actually happening? I'm obviously a bit skeptical. What do others think?
