Attack the Grand Jury

a little something to think about, its the grand juries who are fraudulently indiciting people in secret. ok, cant we find out who the grand jury consists of and slam them with fraud also? indicting people without sworn affidavits from damaged parties, indicting people in secretcy (violating PUBLIC TRAIL CLAUSE), indicting people on rules and not law and the list grows on and on. these are the people who we need to pull their attention to whats going on.

Question

Well, I've never served on a grand jury, but isn't all they do is determine IF there's enough evidence to bring charges? The standard of proof is really low to begin with.

Just what you'd want - politically or sociologically motivated prosecuting attorneys running around having people arrested and charged without someone holding their leash.

And opening up the process - that's a great idea. Then the prosecutor can embarass and destroy anyone's reputation just by taking the case to the grand jury and not even having to formally charge them.

You might not like what you wish for. I'd rather have a panel of citizens looking out for our rights than an elected prosecuting attorney.

Bingo, JRB.

However, I think there's an opportunity to voir dire [ask questions about their fitness to serve] the Grand Jury. Make sure that they're a jury of your peers.
