The only answer your provide is this....Its the "law" and if you wish to have any hope you MUST hire an attorney because while pro per is technically allowed, should you attempt this "frivolous" route you WILL get shot down and will be much worse for the wear. So you had probably best just shut up and pay your fine /do your time and not cheese off the system again!

If you actually had any answers for anyone, you might use your legal training to help people write motions and give research tips and the like....but no....your hold to big brothers line....but thats ok, because you like the Quatloos board you came from derive your living from the legal/tax system quagmire. Adkisson, the owner of the Quatloos forum provides professional services in the financial/tax arena and therefore cannot bite the hand that feeds them. That being the IRS and other gov't agencies! You're the one who'd better hope that Jesus is a registered 501(c)(3) entity and is obligated to recognize "public policy". For the record, I really would like to see you and JRB pull back the curtain and let us see the wizard behind it.....but alas it aint Kansas Toto!!!
