please help us with transfer from district to superior court

Hello People of sui juris!

Thought you might find it interesting that at first the district court (despite our request for a jury trial) tried to put us on a non-jury docket.

I made a call and they corrected that, however, now we're looking at a six month wait. Jury trials must take some time to put together, or are very popular.

So does no one here know how to transfer a case if the potential frn cap exceeds the cap a district court can offer as remedy?

Peace,

goldphoenix
