Angry City Code

Got a question:

My friend was charges with " DISCHARGING A FIREARM IN CITY LIMITS". As a city charge, is this more of a civil matter??? It's labeled: "City of Baker". I want this kicked before trial. I found the state code, we have that beat.

This Judge is a real C***!!! I told him NOT to have a lawyer, as they shouldn't be able to give him time. ( don't have case law here, but have it to argue). Further, I feel as "City law", this would be CIVIL. Am I wrong?

We need as much as we can by monday. I have the state part covered. We NEED THE CITY PART. How do we overcomve this?

Can we divide these two??? State will be won, but on the city they have us. Give us a lil help guys!!!!

City codes are not the law. Challenge subject matter jurisdiction. Ask for speedy trial.

Municipal code is admiralty. It is adopted through a positive law jural society convention called Home Rule.

Unfortunately for your friend it is as though criminal penalties may be imposed for civil disobedience (upon conviction). Attached is a fairly common commentary about Are You Lost at Sea?

Does anyone have a claim against him?

Get it dismissed for failure to state a claim upon which relief can be made.
