It's just the pecking order.& You have to be a "Person" before you can be anything else.& Once you hold an office higher in position than "Person", the laws that apply to "Person" no longer apply to you.& You are then subject to the laws that apply to that office.& Such as the office being "CORPORATION" is covered by CORPORATE LAW.& This is why attorneys and judges think they are "above the law" -- because they are.& They are "above the law that applies to "Person".& They are subject to other laws, which protect them more than hinder them.
