San Mateo County Stay Away Order
The girl I love went to court for a domestic violence case that San Mateo County brought against her. She resides in the neighboring county of Santa Clara. If the court sanctioned her with a stay away order for 1 year, does that mean we cannot see eachother or what? I know there are stipulations to the order and neither of us are sure what we can and cannot do. Can I go into Santa Clara County and see her? Can I talk to her on the phone. This is miserable, because we are expecting a baby soon and we would like to be together. She is in a program once a week already for this stupid offense, but now supposedly we cannot make contact. Do the counties work together? Does it matter which county we see eachother in?

Sounds like a bad situation. You must give full details about this. I am sure that San Mateo county did not just show up and give this order for no reason. More details are needed for anyone to competently answer the questions.

San Mateo County Stay Away Order
Well I went to the San Mateo County courthouse yesterday and requested a time on the calendar so I cn make a motion to have the stay away order changed or rescinded. I will have to explain I know this. I am the supposed injured party in this case because the local police officer was an ******* and ellaborated on the report to **** her over. I have a copy of the stay away order, everything will prevail and eventually I'll find LSAT prep material for free. Is there any point to getting into San Francisco College of Law?



I've always been hungry for legal knowledge and everything that has happened to me and my family and california and in NY, this is just all agravating
