Vacant Judicial Office in Michigan

Judge Steven Servaas essentially vacated his office, once Servaas moved 'beyond the limits of the territory from which he was elected' in 2005, the office was vacant.

Every court order - every Judicial decision Servaas passed down / made from 2005 to the present date is thus VOID without legal force or effect.
