Are there legal differences to soveriegn assertion in Louisiana?

I am only trying to establish the possibility that there may be certain key items that I may need to be made aware of when I assert my constitutional rights in Louisiana. Ok, I have been listening and studying everything I can concerning my two traffic cases and up till now, I thought that what applied in the other 49 states applied in Louisiana. BUT while listening to Richard Cornforth's seminar, he said that Louisiana has a different legal system. I was taught in school of course, that Louisiana is based on the Napoleonic Code. I ask everyone if I need to be concerned and to what points should I be made aware of when pursuing these legal methods in this state. If anyone Knows, please respond.

P.S. I would also like to know if there are local associations united in this cause and how to become apart.

Are there legal differences to soveriegn assertion in Louisiana?

Question: Has Louisiana accepted the Constitution for the united States of America as the Supreme Law of the Land??... or not?

If Louisiana has bound itself to the principles of said document then the Supreme Court cases in regards to travel should be applicable there also. Don't ya think?

The "system" might be different but does that have any bearing on their pledge / oath to those principles and their acceptance of the "law of the land"?

Thanks ICE,

You have such a no nonsense approach to logic. And I know your right concerning the fact that the Constitution must be recognized in all 50 states, but I am curious why Richard would mention Louisiana at all, if there were not any differences to be aware of.

Just Curious, ( my search continues...)

ALSO: I am still interested in conversing with others in Louisiana, if any are out there.
