Questions for the judge.

Take a good look at that pdf file page.

I see nothing but fed all over it, zip codes, Texas National Citizens. SOVEREIGNS ARE NOT CITIZENS !!!! maybe we have fed traitors running the interim down there, something stinks to high heaven.

They used a fed court, asked for fed money for damages, and then said " it wasnt about the money " if it wasnt about the money then WHY ASK FOR IT !!!!

and, only U.S. citizens use fed courts

I ask this,, how the hell can you use the feds to do your bidding on the republic level. sounds like treason to me !!!!!

this country is doomed !!! we cant even get a republic going because of greed for the not all so mighty dollar. please God take me off this sickening planet I cant stand it NO MORE !!!

Questions for the judge.

The Republic of Texas gave its Sovereignty to the U.S.

That Dan Miller guy is the one we were ripping on in another thread. For a guy that is supposed to be all about "freedom", he sure knows how to "tell people what to do and believe".

Screw him. He doesn't understand the concept of "freedom and liberty". If he did, he wouldn't have been in court with that little bit of nothing ... just to make a dollar.

Questions for the judge.

Some of the information came from Cornforth, some from Rice McLeod, some from Pamela Gaston, some from George Gordon, and others. The most important thing you can say in court, according to George Gordon, is after identifing yourself, shut up, be quite, and shut up.

I had a police officer tell me once, that if stoped for DUI, after giving your license to them, never say another word and never submit to any tests. No matter how bad you may want to say something, just keep your mouth shut. They may take your license away and even put you in jail for the night, but when you go to court, the only thing they have to go on is what the officer was able to get on his own. It is now your word against his and he can't prove anything if you didn't give him anything. Never help them with the case against you.

Questions for the judge.

Weishaupt,

Now you’re getting there! How about taking the legalese out of it? “is it or is it not”. Just be one of the guys on the street. Play a little dumb.

Now we have to get the heads-I-win-tails-you-loose. (These are questions to you, not to the court)

Can the court adjudicate a case based on fraud?

If the court tries to move ahead with a case based on fraud, isn’t it doing so unlawfully?

If the court tries to enforce an unlawful decision based on fraud isn’t the only way it can do so is with violence?

Remember: These are NOT questions for the judge even though they are directed to him. The questions are FOR the audience. Hopefully there will even be some reporters there. Of course you might even want to encourage them to come.

Jim

Questions for the judge.

A lot of people started getting into trouble using "Guru" McLeod's material. I think what the RT was doing as seperating themselves from Rice's bogus theories. I don't particularly care for Rice or the RT but if the RT was to move forward they can't have the Secretary of Judicial Affairs teaching people who to get arrested.

I tried his materail a year and a half ago, and it took studying with teh "lawwork" group to figure out how to get out of it. I consantly spoke direclty to Rice, so I was tutored first hand.

Clyde of "lawwork" will shoot holes in any of McLeod or the other patriot "guru's" theories, and Clyde uses common law to do it.

that appears to be some lawful techniques, 2, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, 11, 13, 14, 17, 19, 20

with some of Rice McLoed's techniques, 1, 3, 15, 16, 18, 19, 20+

and a little Judge Whopner via the Cornforth video's added to the end. lol

The reason for this post is... there has been much discussion about Mr. McLoed's techniques and their questionable quality and effectiveness...

I am surprised no one has chimed in about this before now....

At any rate, <font color=brown>here[/color] is an interesting news item about Mr. McLoed, and Mr. Miller, the interim President of Texas, who has also made some questionable remarks in the recent past IMHO (in my humble opinion).

Anyone have any specifics about all the goings on in Texas?

For HIS Glory,

Akira
