Again it is important to understand this language in your Constitution from your state as Jerry has posted. Article 1 - Declaration of Rights
§ 1. Inherent Rights
This constitution is dedicated to the principles that all persons have a natural right to life, liberty, the pursuit of happiness, and the enjoyment of the rewards of their own industry; that all persons are equal and entitled to equal rights, opportunities, and protection under the law; and that all persons have corresponding obligations to the people and to the State.
§ 2. Source of Government
All political power is inherent in the people. All government originates with the people, is founded upon their will only, and is instituted solely for the good of the people as a whole.
You must know that you as one of the inherent holders of this power run the ball game not your servants. Don't forget they will want you to believe that Government is the people, we will address these type of lies as we go along. I would advise anyone reading these posts to contact James B. Woods III, for the full information needed to successfully understand the full extent of the discussions on this subject. http://beatalltraffictickets.com/index.htm This is most important, otherwise you wil be lost!

I'm assuming it was overlooked, or PMed to you David, but if not, one can get the indentations by using the "Increase Indent" and "Decrease Indent" buttons the toolbar
you can also manually type them by using typing [ indent ] and [ / indent ] "san spaces" and whatever appears inbetween the two will show up indented
The toolbar has a some nifty little features like any basic word processor you can:
Center Justify your text
Right Justify your text (this maybe usefull if you wish to reply to someone and keep your comments easily seperated, or use colors as some already do
LEFT Justify Text
- unordered list item (aka Bullet points)
- another unordered list item
- yet another unordered list item
- Ordered List Item
- Another Ordered List Item
- yet another ordered list item
There is even a nifty feature to link to webpages and make it look nice instead of showing the URL. For Example, I found a website that shows examples of how to use the vbCode (the code that the suijuris forums are run on). (Notice the word examples is underlined and actually a clickable link that takes you to: http://www.netstumbler.org/misc.php?do=bbcode , which looks "prettier" in my opinion)
Anyways, I've rambled long enough, and prolly gone further in depth then I needed. I've attached the image of what the INCREASE INDENT and DECREASE INDENT buttons look like, if u hover your mouse over the buttons you SHOULD see a tooltip that says what they are.
EDIT: Now I feel stupid, after REReading, I see the answer was already given, thats what I get for glancing over "quote" boxes

CALIFORNIA CONSTITUTION
ARTICLE 4 LEGISLATIVE
SEC. 9. A statute shall embrace but one subject, which shall be expressed in its title. If a statute embraces a subject not expressed in its title, only the part not expressed is void. A statute may not be amended by reference to its title. A section of a statute may not be amended unless the section is re-enacted as amended.

Here is little proof that the california Legislature is not the people. See how the people refuse to give their representation to the legislature.

SECTION 1. All people are by nature free and independent and have inalienable rights. Among these are enjoying and defending life and liberty, acquiring, possessing, and protecting property, and pursuing and obtaining safety, happiness, and privacy.

For awhile I was issuing all processes and making motions ALL under this authority. RIGHT TO PETITION (petioner) GOVERNMENT FOR GRIEVANCES. Also later you will see that all statutes when used to stop me from travelling to ("accesssing") information must be stricly construed (assuming they are valid,,,which I always doubt.)
Quote:
CALIFORNIA CONSTITUTION
ARTICLE 1 DECLARATION OF RIGHTS
SEC. 3. (a) The people have the right to instruct their
representatives, petition government for redress of grievances, and assemble freely to consult for the common good.
...
(2) A statute, court rule, or other authority, including those in effect on the effective date of this subdivision, shall be broadly construed if it furthers the people's right of access, and narrowly construed if it limits the right of access. A statute, court rule, or other authority adopted after the effective date of this subdivision that limits the right of access shall be adopted with findings demonstrating the interest protected by the limitation and the need for protecting that interest.

This is applicable to those sign and release tickets for civil infractions. As I know from first hand experience if you do not sign then they take me into imprisonment for a few days untill I can see a judge (which I still have not been able to find/see.) I think it also means no jail for contempt while "in a civil action for debt or tort."

SEC. 10. Witnesses may not be unreasonably detained. A person may
not be imprisoned in a civil action for debt or tort, or in peacetime
for a militia fine.

Codee: I am rather curious. As you have quoted pertinent text from the Ca Const, I have noticed that the text does not incorporate the term "law" but instead utilizes the term 'statute'.
In Florida, there is an intro section on their web that indicates a significant difference between 'statute' and 'law' ,, that portion of their web reads:
"Florida Statutes—a permanent collection of state laws organized by subject area into a code made up of titles, chapters, parts, and sections. The Florida Statutes are updated annually by laws that create, amend, or repeal statutory material."
" Laws of Florida—a compilation of all the laws, resolutions, and memorials passed during a legislative session. They are divided into two broad categories-General Laws and Special Laws. Bills vetoed by the Governor are not included. "
Does the same exist in your state?
Jerry

Yes we have general and special laws. Actually we have an ancient book called "Laws of the State of California" which were actually codified "laws." This was published before all of statutizing happened. I think the boof was from 1850.
I do not see the difference in law and statute as I think you do though. the provided definition of Law in cludes statutes AND law.
Look at a read through with my signiture red words, just for you Jerry

"all persons" then are not "the people" and "the people" are not "the state." Good proof Al.

We need to keep in mind that these exercises are metaphysical in nature as is all Law. [indent][/IPreamble
We the people of Alaska, grateful to God and to those who founded our nation and pioneered this great land, in order to secure and transmit to succeeding generations our heritage of political, civil, and religious liberty within the Union of States, do ordain and establish this constitution for the State of Alaska.
NDENT] Maybe some are wondering how the state created itself ? This is your answer found in your state Constitution. I know you thought it was some act of magic brought on by your political servants. I would advise anyone reading these posts to contact James B. Woods III, for the full information needed to successfully understand the full extent of the discussions on this subject. http://beatalltraffictickets.com/index.htm This is most important, otherwise you wil be lost!

Yes!
How can the people create a state, and then the state becaomes what created it, "the people."
How can there be "public servants" before the formation of a state. Were these federal officers in the territory or something. I can not see that as then "We the people" would mean, "We the fed officers and our principal"
BTW "Alaska" is the name of the land.
The state is named "Alaska State."
The government is named "State of Alaska."
