If they can't seat a jury to hear the trial, will they have a problem? What will they do to each juror who's claims prove that they are committing perjury? Oh yes, you need to do this as part of your opening salvo along with SMJ. Of course they will deny you the right to question the juories as they did to me. Can you say Civil Tort action in Superior Court, anyone? It only gets better folks, I love it.

I thought I was going to get alot of flak for bringing up my views on F' the jury. They are just as reponsible and they need to be taught that it PAYS to be smarter than they currently are.

"I can be sued for being on a jury! WTF "

Yeah, get em Al. Especially the "Citizens."
