Judicial Utterances
<font size=3>Ok, here's my next crazy idea. . .
I would like to do a study on the different forms of communication that can be uttered from a Judicial official.
My guess is i'm looking for a "Declarative Judgement" but i want to know what they all are and what they do before i commit to one direction.
Here's my plan:
To write a declatory judgement (or whatever i need to write) for a Judge to sign that CERTIFIABLY declares that John Quicny Soveriegn is a free Citizen of [State name] Republic at the age of majority, sui juris and capable of handling his own legal affairs; not a tax payer; not a 14th Amendment citizen of the United States; not a corporation or juristic person; not a resident of THE STATE OF [Corporate State Name]; who has no number, no address within the United States, not knowingly or consentually handicaped by any contract, explicit or implicit, with any government or government agency; not a driver; not an operator; explicitly reserving all rights and priveleges at common law and waiving none.
etc. etc. . . I would also put a picture on the document
And submit that along with an affidavit in support of the above to get it signed and certified.
If someone can get such a document signed by . ..say. . .a Federal Judge. . . .
Well, tell me what you think!
