if only I were a judge...

...wait, why would anyone want that "distinction"? Anyway, if I were a judge in Canada I could access this library. Why is this info privately owned I wonder? I would love a peek into this stuff.

judges handbooks

look under the authentication section. it specifically states that if evidence is revelant to the proceedings it must be brought in if its authenticated. then, when you look under authentication, it states public records under seal and certified copies of public records. THATS why they give us a hard time about filing affidivats and contracts because if we introduced these, then, if we knew these rules of authentication, discovery ,etc. you automatically win on appeal. almost forgot, they included newspapers and magazines, so, if you can get your document into a legal paper of the county, extract a copy of the notice. you got them.

When you register affidavits, contracts, etc, at the County Recorder of Deeds, don't they become public record?

The book is great.

Would the one for each state be pretty close?

What about federal?

judges handbook

yes, it all becomes public record, thats why they try to screen everything thats presented. if they do, then file a criminal complaint with the federal attorney general for crimes against justice. on a side note, i just looked up clerk of superior court duties in georgia. it said under statute that they are to record all title to real and PERSONAL property. ok, thats what winston shrout is speaking about when he says we can register securities at the court house. they have to record your title to a bill of exchange, bond, etc. at the courthouse and if they dont, sue the superior court clerk because hes acting outside the scope of his office.
