Exclamation Help required! Jail sentance challenge

Dear Suijuris members,

I'm here to ask for your help today, not for myself, but for a 29 year old girl, who is currently in Jail for something she didn't do.

Now, considering, she knows nothing about the system, and voluntarily gave up juristiction, entered the controversy, hired a lawyer, .etc etc, all the wrong things...and now she's in jail, and her parents have had to sell both their businesses just to pay the liars (lawyers) fees...

Can we help here?

I saw on her website that one person has suggested a Negative Averment to amend or correct their records, and it sounds like a great idea, but I would like to pose this question to the mass-consciouness of this group to come up with a solution.

The idea presented was to offer a Bill of Exchange, and the Negative Averment talks about proof of claim, in regards to the STRAWMAN account, and an offer to settle and close the account.

It's out of my range, as she's already in Jail, and my experience has been with current presentments.

What do you say people...can we do it?

To watch your child rot in jail, must be unbearable...

I don't know, what happened? What was she charged with? What transpired during trial, were there objections? Is the case being appealed?

I am still waiting to see how the UCC stuff will free anyone. In this case it appears that she is convicted. Thus, it may be too late to raise the above issues, unless in an appeal setting.

I feel about the same.

I hope that she will appeal the verdict. And I wish her and her family good luck.

It's a drug set-up. The Corby case.

Drugs were alledgedly found in her bag, but she denied anything to do with it. It was a setup, but the Indonesian courts convicted her anyway. Now she's in Jail for 20 years. Appeals won't help her I don't think, but maybe we can come up with a way to go around the court's desicion and the Negative Averment/Affadavit of truth seemed like a good idea. Backed up with an offer to settle/amend records/bill of exchange etc. There must be a way.

Wow, that is not good. Anyway, I know little about their laws or customs.

I think an appeal is about to only real option. However, pressure from diplomatic, and the news media may help.

I will let others comment on these items.

This may show why it may not be good to travel, and be seen, as an American. Because many people feel Americans have a great deal of wealth, they may become targets. In this case it sounds likely the defense attorney made out well.

Additionally, many nations may have issues with our leaders (wars, economic sanctions, etc.), and take it out on the people.

appoint a fiduciary

How about appointing a fiduciary to settle/close/adjust any account, including, but not limited to, serving time in the stead of the STRAWMAN?

Search for "appoint fiduciary" as title to a thread. You will find two threads. Look in downloads, under UCC, for fiduciary appointment [msword] doc.

Indonesia?

They have little if any patience at all, let alone with goofy legal mythology promulgated by Americans who believe in such things.

I would suggest a tourism boycott could get some attention. Just like Mexico, who wants to go there when they could find a trumped up charge and 20 year prison sentence.

I am with you, making their economy pay will make them think twice.

So the Queen says to the photographer, "I've got a brother in law that's a photographer"...and he says "That's not so unusual, I've got a brother in law that's a Queen.."

Objection: Personal opinion - not admissable.
