If anyone here has successfully dealt with CPS (Child Molestation Services), please contact her family as they need help dealing with these monsters.

I was reading through her blog... it was sickening the number of people who support what the state is pulling off - many agree with the state motto, "we have the right to decide, not the parents!"

Almost as bad was the fact that most the folks who posted in support of the parents right to decide the proper medication were rationalizing based on medical issues, etc.

This is not a simple medical issue of determining the best probable results from different treatments. It is a matter of who has the superior claim to that child. There is no need to rationalize the parents motives, even though it could not be more clear that their motives are proper.

The doctors are effectively using the state to ensure that money is extracted for their services:

"Purchase our service at your childs peril or we will use the state to kidnap your child and do it without the consent of you or your child."

If I had no morals and didn't have the guts to steal and kidnap on my own, I would try to implement that same revenue strategy for myself.

Makes me sick... who would want to attempt to raise children in this country?

Thanks for posting that SJ. I would hate to be trying to raise a child in this country today. I thank God that mine are grown. You never know when the state will decide to take your children for nothing, or for some trumped up charge. Being in the medical field I have seen it happen more than once. It turns my stomach. We all need to be praying and supporting this family.

I know a lot of Fathers are being abused by the State(s). We have a situation where our self-admitted drug abuser ex-son inlaw was just given out-of-state visitation with our grandaughter. Jaws dropped when this magistrate who was paid off or something gave this ruling after obvious testimony of psychotic and abnormal behavior.
We have had ucc-1's filed on the baby since birth. Is there anyone who could offer help on how to SUCCESSFULLY show a prior and superior claim than the one this magistrate thinks she has over this child even after she has made determination in the case????? If you have something that would work, please email me.

Maybe these folks should think about suing for "specific performance" and have their rights upheld by the force of the police power of the "United States" and get the entire mess out of the court they're in.

This is the kind of stuff that we need to work on... "forcing" the "U.S." to abide by its contract to protect our RIGHTS.
